The "Group Share for Gmail" app requires access to your email address and the email addresses of your contacts via your Android contact address book, since it uses these addresses to build the Groups you want to email. It never copies or stores or transmits elsewhere this information - it is purely looking at the already-stored contact information on your Android device. We never use it for anything else and is never sent anywhere for processing outside the app on your device.
